Meet our Crew

Matt Womack


Tattooing since 2009, Matt has been a prominent artist in the STL area, opening his own shop, Thirteen Roses Tattoo, in 2019. His shop is a modern, unique, art focused-gallery style shop that specializes in custom tattoo designs. He strives for a laid back atmosphere and care for customer service.


Matt's preferred tattooing styles include Black and Grey, Realism, Geometric and Ornamental designs. Because Matt specializes in large projects, and puts everything he has into his art and his tattoo clients, he is in high demand, and usually books out a year in advance.


Matt's passions include his family, shoes, and vintage cars.

Matt's rate is $200/hr. His books are currently closed and is not taking on new clients at this time.

PJ Piel


Tattooing since 2008, PJ has an affinity for all things nerdy, pop-culture, and of course dogs. Do you want your pet on you forever? Do you love Star Wars / The Simpsons / Futurama / horror movies? Want a bunch of pretty flowers? PJ can make that happen for you! Pj specializes in large color projects and is usually booked several months in advance.

Pj's rate is $175/hr with a 2 hour booking minimum

Rachelle

Mother above all. Rachelle has been tattooing since 2007, a lifetime artist & 200hr RYT (yoga teacher). Researcher & writer in her spare time, she lives with a love for creating in all types of mystical tattoo themes rooted from mythology to Mickey Mouse. We recommend giving Shelly artistic freedom to your vision to be adorned with her best work possible as she specializes in unique custom & original tattoo designs. She favors a personalized approach to black-work requests and is always furthering her skill in being the best color artist that she can be. We pride her efforts in being skilled multi-award winning artist & a member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists, constantly continuing education & inspiring others to do the same.


Reworks/cover-ups only done with discretion, do require an in-person consultation.


Rachelle's rate is currently $200/hr, $400 booking minimum

Heather Lambert


Heather is our newest Thirteen Roses artist, apprenticed under Matt Womack. She is proud Air Force mom to her son. Heather has been a creative her whole life. In her free time she plays ukulele and sings as well as sews custom clothing, does macrame and henna art.


Heather enjoys tattooing botanical and nature inspired designs. Her apprenticeship was focused on black and grey illustrative and color fundamentals. Heather is available for small to medium sized walk-in and custom design tattoos.

Heather's rate is $120/hr

Jason Krummel

Tattooing since 2014, Jason only does black and grey designs. He is from South County but is currently working at Thirteen Roses every Monday, Friday and Saturday. He is a fur Dad to a pup named Gary.

Kevin Myers

Tattooing since 2019, Kevin has spent his tattoo career specializing in fine line Black and Grey illustrative and custom script tattoos. Kevin is constantly learning and expanding his skillset, and enjoys taking on medium sized tattoo projects. He is our resident undefeated Champion and spends his off days, training and competing locally in kickboxing matches.


Kevin is our robot-loving, soft-spoken, cat-dad who has a fierce bite, loves tattooing and his Thirteen Roses family!


Kevin's rate is $140/hr

Kameron

Tattooing since 2022, Kam completed his apprenticeship under Matt Womack here at Thirteen Roses Tattoo. He is our resident walk in artist. He specializes in American Traditional and Anime style tattoos, and currently is only taking on smaller tattoo projects. When he is not honing in his tattoo skills, he models for local STL clothing companies and loves playing video games.


Kam's rate is $130/hr

Kali

Piercing since 2020, Kali is a knowledgeable and thorough piercer. She prides herself in jewelry placement and overall aesthetics. Her favorite piercings are the rook and conch. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her Boyfriend and family. Kali is a HUGE Grogu fan! If you’re ready to get the piercing you’ve been dreaming about come see Kali!

 

Kali's rates vary per piercing is mostly walk-in based.


Kali's schedule is Tues-Saturday 12pm-8:30
